Personal Information

This site includes a contact form where you may voluntarily submit your name, email address, and a message. This information is sent directly to my email inbox to allow me to respond to your inquiry. I do not store this information in a separate database, add you to a mailing list, or share it with any third party. Form submissions are processed through Framer's built-in form infrastructure in order to deliver them to my inbox; beyond that, this information is not retained by me anywhere other than my email.

Please do not submit protected health information or details about your mental health history through this form. It is not a secure or HIPAA-compliant method of communication. For clinical intake and health information, please use the booking button to schedule through Jane App.

Aside from the contact form, this site does not collect, store, or process any other personal information. There are no accounts or additional data entry points on this website.

Booking and Clinical Information

All appointment booking is handled through Jane App (janeapp.com), a HIPAA-compliant platform. Any personal or health information you provide during booking or as part of your clinical care is governed by Jane App's privacy policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices provided to you at intake through Bold North Mental Health Services.

Cookies and Analytics

This site may use basic analytics tools (such as those built into Framer, the platform this site is built on) to understand general traffic patterns such as page views. This data is anonymized and aggregated and is not linked to any individual. If cookies are used, they are solely for analytics purposes.
